The Blackwell Academy asked us to attend their summer camp to demonstrate and deliver our knife defence program called The E.D.G.E. Awareness. Over the 2 hour package we were expecting between 10-15 adults to attend and in fact we had 35 in total.
All of the participants where guided through the legal aspects of knife crime as well as looking at the knife crime epidemic and the modern approach to defence. Master Mick Blackwell, was a really good host and it was a pleasure to see some usual faces from previous training.
